Delete your account and/or your data

You can delete your account and/or data by send us a request. You can decide if you want to permanently delete associated data to your account or delete all of your data.

Delete associated account data

It includes the following data:

  • Jobteros
  • Addresses
  • Connections and messages
  • Profile and settings
  • Memberships to organizations
  • Organizations (if you are the owner)
    • Payment methods
    • Relationships to organizations
    • and all associated data like an account

Delete account and associated data

It includes all of the listed data above and the following data:

  • Account
  • Authentication data

After deleting your account and/or data you lost permissions on organizations. After deleting your account, you will no longer be able to log in!

Data Retention

Please be advised that by law, we are required to retain certain data (e.g. customer data, order data, payment data) for a period specified by law. This data retention policy ensures compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. Your data will be securely stored and protected during this period. After the retention period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

What do you need to do?

  1. Compose your support request and send the request
    • Use a clear subject line, such as “Request to Delete Account and Data”.
    • In the body of your message, include the following details:
      • Your full name
      • Your account ID (can be found by managing the authentication account)
      • The email address associated with the account
      • A clear statement requesting the deletion of your account and all associated data
      • Optionally, provide a reason for your request (though this is not mandatory)
    • Send your request to the support.
  2. Wait for Confirmation
    • We will respond with a confirmation that we have received your request and will process it. This may take a few days.
    • Follow up if you do not receive a response within a week.
  3. Verify Deletion
    • Once you receive confirmation that your account has been deleted, try logging in to ensure that your account no longer exists.
    • Check your email for any final confirmation from the support team.
